Shipping
All orders are shipped with Australia Post from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). During peak periods, please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch.
Delivery Times – Australia
- Standard Post: 3–7 business days (metro areas faster, rural may take longer)
- Express Post: 2–4 business days (within the Express network)
International Orders
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary (approx. 8–15 business days depending on location and customs).
Please note: international orders may incur local duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping
Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD (excludes sale items).
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. MEL BORN is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or peak seasonal demand.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your MEL BORN pieces. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
