Faulty & Warranty

  • Every MEL BORN piece is checked with care before it leaves our warehouse. If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@mel-born.com.au with photos of the issue
  • If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you
  • For manufacturing faults that show within a reasonable time of wear, reach out to our team—we stand behind the quality of our garments

Please note: general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or alteration of the garment is not considered a manufacturing fault.
